This is a special job in a special place.

This role will be working with the statutory DASS role and the Divisional Director of Adult Social Care, where we have long pioneered a truly integrated approach to the delivery of services with health, and combines it with wider services to our residents with our Community Services team, meaning that this is a role that really makes a difference to lives of our residents.

We are seeking a Divisional Director of Adult Social Care – Commissioning and Transformation, to play a major role in shaping the future of our organisation and providing first class services to the communities we serve.

Whilst you will be able to demonstrate significant knowledge and understanding of the current legislation around Adult Social Care, it’s equally important that you have a strong commissioning track record and share our ambitions for Torbay. You will be key to building strong and meaningful relationships with the community and oversee the provision of good quality statutory community services.
