We know that your life doesn’t stop happening the minute you log in to your working day. We’ve got policies in place to support you. 
 
 
We also actively publish our Gender Pay Gap information. The report is provided in compliance with The Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017’ which came into force on 31 March 2017.  The report covers all employees of Torbay Council including all staff permanently and temporarily employed on the reporting ‘snapshot date’ (31 March 2022). It includes those on casual contracts that worked during the pay period ending 31 March 2022. Our results speak for themselves as we have a very healthy gender pay balance, a position we have maintained now over a number of years.
