Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applications

Fill out and submit your application to us online. As an employer we do not currently accept CVs. Any CVs that you send in connection to a vacancy will not be taken into consideration during the recruitment process. Guidance about how to complete your application can be found here >.

A copy of your application and the job advert will be emailed to you once your application has been submitted.
Stage 2

Review

We will then review all the applications we receive and contact you to invite you for an interview if we think you might be a good fit for the role. We base this decision on the details included in your application.
Stage 3

Interview

The interview date on the advert is the date of the week commencing. The recruiting team will aim to conduct the interview during that week, but this may be later if the circumstances require it.
We carry out our interviews either in person or via Teams. We will let you know how and when your interview will take place. You will required to bring some details with you to the interview. Guidance can be found here >.
Stage 4

Review again

After we have carried out all the interviews, we will review all the applications and decide on the successful candidate.
Stage 5

Job offer

We will be in touch with the successful candidate as soon as possible to offer them the role. We will also let you know if you didn’t get the role.
Stage 6

Hired

The successful candidate will be hired and start their new role with us. 

We have a pay date of 25th of each month, and you would be paid for the full month (for example, you would be paid on 25 June for working from 1 to 31 June). If this falls on a weekend or bank holiday the pay date will be moved to the last working day before 25th.
